Mechanical and Electrical Upgrade works to existing installation including:- - Boiler replacement within the basement plant room. - Air conditioning replacement within the basement Fitness Suite. - Replacement of fan coil units and associated condensing units serving the ground floor Function Suite and the first floor Council Chamber. - Air handling unit within roof space to be serviced and re-commissioned and the BMS panel to be upgraded.
