<p>Wirral Council Children’s and Families Directorate wish to procure the services of a an organisation that can provide a system and framework for the timely performance analysis of un-validated / validated A-level course outcomes and the quality of teaching. Early and timely analysis of A-level student outcomes enables both the schools and local authority officers to support and challenge performance.
