<p>The purpose of the Soft Market Test is to gather knowledge of providers in the market and commonly available functionality within systems available which will help inform any subsequent procurement exercise that may be carried out. The Soft Market Test is not a formal procurement process and is being used to assist in shaping the requirements to ensure the solution best meets the needs of the Council. The Soft Market Test process does not commit the Council to any design, platform, application, feature, function or technological solution of any of the providers who choose to participate in the process. Sefton Council and partners wish to seek expressions of interest from a research team with strong local knowledge to work with us to support the Obesity Task Force and halt the rise in obesity for adults and children living in Sefton</p> Keywords: Obesity , Deprivation , Covid
