Tender description

Radius Housing is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake the works to 46 Rathkeelan Park, Newry. The work will consist of a complete internal strip out works of an existing terraced bungalow, reinstatement of non-loadbearing walls, new floors, new ceilings, new services, new bathroom and kitchen fit out to accessible standards, door widening and a new external ramp to the rear garden area as recommended by an Occupational Therapist. These works will be carried out in an unoccupied property (existing family to be decanted) however it is adjoining other properties with tenants and as such the Contractor is reminded that all necessary precautionary measures shall be taken to ensure the safety of neighbours.
