PRJ-1026-NELCSU-Provision of National Tariff Payment System and Contract Expert Retainer, Training and Cost Benchmarking Service

Tender description

<p>The core purpose is to procure a provider who can provide the provision of acute tariff, contracting advise, training and cost benchmarking services for the period 2021 to 2024. The PIC Hub will be drawing this service on behalf of NEL for ondemand expert advice and guidance service, where complex technical queries about the NHS contracting, payment rules, and training provisions. The service provider will be required to provide online training for all NEL to develop new and existing knowledge of the National Tariff Payment System, which includes a National Tariff course and qualification, accredited by the NHS Financial Services Development Network. The bidder will include monthly web-based and interactive training Programme with no limit on the number of NJS attendees to provide up to date information and knowledge on a range of relevant and current topics such new models of payment, Integrated Care Systems and Providers, contracts as part of a Population Health Management agenda, contracting in a post-Covid era etc. The bidder will also be required to provide additional support to internal staff in benchmarking and modelling costs relating to acute contracts.</p> Keywords: Training and Cost Benchmarking Service, National Tariif Payment, Contract Expert Retainer
