NI Water - Laboratory Chemicals and Consumables - Request for Information (2)

Tender description

The purpose of this pre-tender market engagement exercise is to scope the capability and capacity of the market for the provision of a stock management system approach e.g Imprest/Consignment stock, to supplying and delivering (1) laboratory chemicals and (2) analytical supplies (laboratory consumables). Currently there are separate standard supply contracts for both laboratory chemicals and analytical supplies. All Suppliers who currently supply and deliver (1) laboratory chemicals and (2) analytical supplies (laboratory consumables) are asked to respond to this pre-tender Request for Information (RFI) exercise, by completing the RFI Questionnaire in Section 3. This will assist NI Water in considering viable options for this requirement/service and developing tender documents, if applicable. NI Water will hold supplier meetings early/mid-August 2021 to discuss their RFI responses further - appointments will be scheduled and invites issued when RFI responses have been reviewed by the relevant NIW personnel.
