Major Voids Refurbishment

Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint multiple experienced contractors to undertake the installation of a Wetherby External Wall Insulation system, along with the refurbishment of full void properties and all associated elements to a total of 4 void properties within the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. The works have been split in to 3 Lots. Bidders are invited to bid on all Lots, but will only be eligible for success on one lot. The Lot structure is detailed below; I. Lot 1 – 103 Wern Street, Clydach II. Lot 2 – 18 Pleasant Street, Pentre III. Lot 3 - 9 Brynhyfryd Street, Gilfach & 38 Mikado Street, Penygraig Trivallis will be utilising the Wetherby EWI specification for all properties issued through this tender opportunity. Bidders to the opportunity must be Wetherby approved installers. This is a pass / fail element of the opportunity. Failure to be a Wetherby approved installer will result in a failure of the tender qualification requirement. This procurement is following the Open Procedure under EU Directives. However, please note that Trivallis, utilising the Government procurement policy notice 11/20 have opted to reserve the opportunity to suppliers located within the geographical location of Rhondda Cynon Taff with a view to support domestic supply chains and promote resilience and capacity. Any bids received from contractors/suppliers outside of Rhondda Cynon Taff will not be taken forward to evaluation.
