Tender description

Urgent Legal services to advise on a material breach of a contract. This is a short-term urgent requirement whilst the impact of an unforeseen critical service failure and contract breach is investigated and next steps are determined. Legal advice is required to support the resulting actions. It is not anticipated that services will be required on a long term basis and therefore it is not appropriate to engage the incumbent NHSBSA legal advisors on this engagement when prior knowledge of the contract is essential to enable key decisions to be made at pace. The spend is estimated to be less than £20k ex VAT and this is a cap on the spend.
