See section II.2.4) description of the procurement. Lot 1: This is a prior information notice (PIN) only and not a call for competition and there are no further details available at this time. A call, or calls, for competition may be made within the next three months. This notice is to advise the market that the Central Bank intends to invite tenders from economic operators for a stable, quality, secure, resilient, cost effective and flexible managed service that supports organisational objectives, meets business demand and will enable the future needs of a dynamic and changing organisation. While the Central Bank reserves the right to change its procurement strategy, it currently anticipates that two separate calls for competition will be made: 1) IT Managed Services encompassing Data Centre hosting, disaster recovery hosting, infrastructure and application platform support, analytics, cloud services, Information security services, telecommunications management and others. Transition and migration services will also be included; 2) Security Monitoring including provision of a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution (including transition and migration/upgrade of the current solution), managed detection and response (MDR) service and Security Operations Centre (SOC) augmentation. The Central Bank currently anticipates that all managed services will be required to be operated on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis and have defined service levels and outcomes using service management frameworks and standards such as ITIL V4, COBIT, TOGAF, NIST CSF and 800-53, ISO 20000, ISO 27001/27002 or equivalents. However, its requirements are subject to change. This PIN is being published to inform the market by way of information only. It does not constitute an offer or commitment to enter into any contract. Details of individual procurements pursuant to this notice will be advertised as separate notices in due course. The Central Bank does not seek or require a response to this PIN.
