Tender description
Global Engagement require an organisation that will assist us to increase conversion of our applicants. This has been challenging in the current COVID climate and an exponential growth in applications. International students at Ulster have doubled in the last three years and applications are on an upward trajectory. With this volume a solution to increase conversion and response is required through immediate touch points especially call centre/email/live chat/whatsapp. Further details regarding the scope of the contract are contained within the Invitation to Tender Pack.
