Tender description

Following significant years of weather deterioration, the Queens House and several exterior facades of the National Maritime Museum require redecoration. This exercise includes only the South face of the Queens House and a minimum of the south face of the SW Wing of the museum. Each element should be priced separately. Works required include, but are not limited to; stripping back existing, making good, priming and coating. Windows to be repainted following potential minor repairs and stone cleaning. Appropriate access/scaffolding will also be required.
