Tender description

The scope of the works will be as follows: • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site the existing electrical board in the kitchen areas of the building. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site the existing electrical board in a standalone school building. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site the existing electrical board in a storeroom. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site the existing electrical board in the main building. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site the existing sub-mains cables to the main and standalone buildings. • Supply and installation of a new main electrical board in replacement of the existing electrical board in the kitchen areas of the building. The new electrical board will be in compliance with current regulations. • Supply and installation of a new main electrical board in replacement of the existing electrical board in the standalone school building. The new electrical board will be in compliance with current regulations. • Supply and installation of a new main electrical board in replacement of the existing electrical board in the storeroom. The new electrical board will be in compliance with current regulations. • Supply and installation of a new main electrical board in replacement of the existing electrical board in the main building. The new electrical board will be in compliance with current regulations. • Supply and installation of new cable containment throughout the areas of the building as indicated on the drawing. • All associated electrical works as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications. • All external trenching from the existing sub-station to the main and standalone buildings as indicated on the drawings. • All builders’ works associated with the above.
