Tender description

External support for East Midlands ADASS: • Develop our reporting framework based on the agreed regional dataset • Carry out a regular quarterly review of key data including that produced nationally and that which we collect directly from L.A’s on a quarterly basis identifying any anomalies and areas where L.A’s may be outliers • Work with the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) and regional finance and performance leads for each L.A in their quarterly network to review the data and consider the findings of the data reports and to formulate the narrative to present to branch highlighting areas of interest which may require further action locally or regionally • Carry out adhoc data deep dives as requested by the branch Keywords: Data, Dashboard, Review, Reporting
