Details to be found in RFP, Section 2.2 Scope of Services The HFA invites tenders for three elements of the credit process as set out above: 1) Applications Development. To review and develop the existing application forms and corporate review models for lending to AHBs. The current HFA credit process covers two stages - the first stage incorporates a corporate credit review of the AHB and, if that is successful, the second stage covers individual project loan applications. This is a one off development project focussed on the first stage of the credit process. To review and assess individual loan applications from HEIs for the development of student accommodation. This will include an assessment of the HEIs financial standing together with the assessment of individual project loan applications. It is estimated that there will be five such applications in the 12 months of the contract. This will require the selected tenderer to provide expert advice with respect to credit assessment matters as required by the HFA.
