Tender description
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) document is an invitation to a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals to prepare a Study detailing how best COSDA can move forward implementing the Heritage Centre’ exciting Interpretative Plan Outline (Nov 2018/Attached). It is envisaged this work will include further refinement of the ‘story’ of the town through the narrative lens of ‘Tides of Time’ the generic theme for the exhibition; identification of suitable suppliers for all the main interpretative design elements; and development of an in-depth project delivery plan embracing costings for all the key elements including a procurement plan and an operational preparedness plan.
