Award of PKC11504 Project and Cost Management LCTH mini-comp

Tender description

PKC is seeking Project Management and Cost Management consultancy support for the project. The Project Management role will input into the contract types required for the project works tenders, to input into the evaluation of those tenders for the project contracts and manage and coordinate with the main contractors appointed to deliver the project works and regularly and timeously report on the delivery of the project. We will also be asking the same consultants to provide a cost management function to monitor and track project costs and ensure project delivery within a specified project budget. The proposed works will run for one year between 4th May 2021 and 29th April 2022.
