375m of walkway between 2 Villages of Gortroe and Lombardstown

Tender description

We are looking to make a Walkway between Gortroe Village and Lombardstown Village. I will outline below what it entails and more information can be seen in the drawings and documents attached to this tender. Works to be carried out in no particular order. 1. Earth works Removal of Ditch from Roadside. Non reusable Scrub Remaining on site within the Same field so short draw. 2. 375M 450 mm Piping with 4 or 5 Manholes where the piping from gully meets piping from footpath. Piping to be 450 mm under footpath and from gully to footpath. 3. 375M * 2.0Metre wide 75mm deep of Tarmac footpath with timber along both sides. 4. 375M of 100 mm crushed stone underneath footpath. 5. Future proofing for public lighting. 50 mm red duct with 6mm rope in duct. Also bases for lighting columns for 8m high lighting columns. These will be spaced at 35m intervals, (Total 10) 6. 375M Kerbing along roadside. Road Blacktop surface will need to be cut in place here and sealed into the Kerb. 7. 375M Pressure Cresote Timber Post and Rail. 3 Lats. 2 Gate Posts and Gate for where existing overgrown entrance is. 8. 3600 Native plants. A mixture of 60% Hawthorn 40% other species to be planted between Footpath and Post and rail fence. 9. Traffic Lights on the road during works. 10. A road opening license will need to applied for Prior to work commencing by whoever is doing the work. 11. Insurance to be provided also.
