The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) for The Northern Ireland Housing Executive to carry out multi element improvement works works to twenty-eight, two-storey, 2 bedroom, 3 person dwellings. , which will improve the living conditions of tenants, and meet the require NIHE policies and strategies . For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Summer/Autumn 2021; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion
