The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (hereinafter referred to as the University, or UWTSD) wish to appoint a Service Provider who are able to provide a preventative and reactive Tree Management Services, across its Estate. Appointed Service Providers must possess the expertise, qualifications and ability to undertake the full range of arboriculture services stated within this Scope of Requirements
