Tender description

1.1 Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to enter into a three year contract, with the option of two one year extension periods, commencing on 1st June 2021 for the treatment of the Council’s mixed scrap metal. All pre-qualified service providers on Scotland Excel’s Dynamic Purchasing System (“the DPS”) Lot 7 were invited to take part in a mini-competition on PCS-T.
