UAV Condition Survey Services

Tender description

As part of River Clyde Homes pre-planned maintenance strategy, we are seeking to appoint an RICS registered Surveying Consultancy to carry out annual condition surveys of the external facades of our hi-rise block (HRB) portfolio in Inverclyde, based on a 5-year strategy of visual annual condition surveys and subsequent reporting. River Clyde Homes currently have 13 Hi-rise blocks that we mostly own and also factor where shared ownership is involved. The intention is that all 13 blocks will be surveyed annually by using ultra high-resolution digital imagery (min 4K resolution), that has been gathered utilising un-manned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology covering all elevations and returns, from ground level to roof line. Additionally, we seek to have all roofs, flashings and window interfaces recorded, with a general overview taken of the roof condition in addition to all elevations.
