<p>Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a framework for the development, delivery and evaluation of 2 key programmes: • Sunderland Digital Careers Programme • Sunderland Technology Start Up Programme In line with the above the framework will be divided into two Lots as follows: Lot 1: Sunderland Digital Careers Programme Lot 2: Sunderland Technology Start Up Programme Each Lot i.e Lot 1: Sunderland Digital Careers Programme and Lot 2: Sunderland Technology Start Up Programme will be evaluated and awarded independently and will operate on a sole supplier basis.
