Suspension Springs - Primary & Secondary for SPT

SPT require the manufacture and supply of metal and rubber bonded bogie suspension spring elements to support continued operation and maintenance of subway vehicles. The requirement is to provide 80 primary suspension springs, 40 secondary suspension springs and 16 Side bearer springs, with a required lead time of 12 -16 weeks of award of contract. this quantity is non-exhaustive and SPT may require other similar parts over the next three years Can you confirm if you are able to supply this part as per specification? Confirm MoQ? Confirm lead time? Able to fix prices for 18months on initial quantities? Note that this is a Prior Information Notice and at this point no further information is available or can be provided.
