The St Mary Magdalene Academy requires a cleaning contractor to fulfil its cleaning requirements across the Main Site and its satellites Lot 1: The St Mary Magdalene Academy requires a cleaning contractor to fulfil its cleaning requirements across the Main Site and its satellites. The St Mary Magdalene Academy is a relatively new modern ‘all-through’ Academy building on one site in Islington London, having opened as a new build in September 2007. From this site the main Academy operates a Primary School of 210 pupils; the Secondary School, currently 960 pupils and a sixth form of 250 students. The main Academy sponsors a separate small (SEN) school 500 yards across the road from the main academy site which currently has 36 students and has this year expended by a further 12 students who temporarily reside in rented space at St David’s Church (0.2 miles from the main Academy Site) (x2 classrooms rented).
