The Contracting Authority’s legal service requirements include, but are not limited to the following: • Contract Law This encompasses the provision of general legal advice and services relating to the advice concerning all contracts, including but not limited to service level agreements, management agreements, construction contracts, maintenance contracts and collaborative agreements. • Employment Law This includes the provision of general legal advice and services relating to: - Recruitment and Selection - Contracts of employment/contracts for services - Disciplinary and grievance procedures - Acquired rights/transfer of undertakings - Pensions - Other related Human Resource matters • Intellectual Property/Copyright • Dispute Resolution • Commercial and Consumer Law • Licensing • Landlord and Tenant Law • Governance • Development/Fundraising and Associated Instruments • General Matters
