The Trust previously purchased SARS CoV-2 testing equipment and SARS CoV-2 testing consumables under Regulation 32(2) (extreme urgency provisions) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended) due to the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic in March 2020.
