Tender description
Six housing estates across Hounslow have been identified as suitable for comprehensive regeneration as they are failing to provide our residents modern fit for purpose homes and environment and failing to deliver value for money. We are progressing at pace with the redevelopment of two priority estates, at Charlton House/ Albany House in Brentford, and Convent Way in Heston. Regeneration is subject to a residents’ ballot on both estates.
