RAF Lossiemouth Infrastructure Project

Tender description

Boeing Defence UK (Boeing) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential contractors to support an infrastructure works package that is being planned as part of an aviation infrastructure project to accommodate new capabilities at RAF Lossiemouth. Boeing is seeking suitably experienced contractors with a demonstrable record of successfully delivering construction activities to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) ahead of a two stage design and build tender activity. The proposed works consists of the following: o Reconfiguration and fit out of an existing operational building c. 4,500m2 across 3 storeys. o New build engineering building c. 2,200m2 across 2 storeys o New build office and training facility c. c. 4,300m2 across 3 storeys o Associated external works and services: - Roads, paths, and car parking provision - Services diversions and alterations o Provision of contractors enclave and works compound to provide the works. Interested bidders will be required, as part of the tendering process, to be able to demonstrate experience of delivering similar projects in a secure defence environment and must be able demonstrate eligibility, as an organisation and for the proposed staff who will work on the project, to gain and hold UK Security Clearances.
