Public Health Liverpool – Digital & Social Media Campaigns

Public Health Liverpool are looking to appoint an agency to deliver a series of digital and social media campaigns running from June – September 2021. We are looking to appoint an agency that can: • Identify appropriate digital channels to engage our target audience and book suggested channels. Please note that although we have suggested social media channels in the table, we require agencies to include within their proposal the justification for these channels and any other channels they would suggest for each campaign. • Test different messages in the adverts and optimise the campaign based on click through rates. • Provide an assessment of the suggested channels, why they feel this is the most appropriate route to gain the greatest reach for our target audiences and include estimated audience size and reach. • Develop methods of measuring reach and engagement with the campaigns. We would expect the proposal to include: • Suggested channels • Target audience and size • Type of advertising e.g. targeted/cost per click etc • Detail key metrics such as CPC, CPV, video views, impressions etc
