Provision of mobile CCTV services for the monitoring on bring banks and other sites for offences committed under the Litter Pollution Act and Waste Management Act.

Tender description

Under this contract the successful tenderer will be initially required to provide 3 number overt CCTV towers or similar to Monaghan County Council to monitor Bring banks in the County for offences under the Litter Pollution Act or Waste Management Act. Under this contract the successful tenderer will be required to act as data processor. The successful tenderer will be required to review CCTV footage on a fortnightly basis and to submit footage to the Environmental Services department of Monaghan County Council are per specification of requirements. Under the contract additional sites may be added to the contract and other services may be required including • the covert monitoring of sites in County Monaghan. • Monitoring of road network for litter related incidents • Monitoring of known litter blackspots
