Tender description

The services comprise of labour force analysis of the Irish Fishing Fleet. This study will provide a detailed analysis of the labour force market for the Irish catching sector and develop proposals to resolve the main constraints to recruitment in the sector with guidelines to ensure career development, describe the way crew are employed, highlight the terms and conditions and relevant tax and social welfare rules that apply across the catching sector and develop a roadmap to overcome the issues of recruitment and retention of skilled labour in the sector.
