Chesterfield Borough Council requires a corporate spend analysis to provide future planning information concerning financial efficiency, spend visibility, organisational and statutory compliance and control being achieved. The spend analysis will be used to inform both strategy and associated policy. This will include social value and green policy priorities that both realise savings but also ensure best value on total spend in achieving purchasing and supply management outcomes.
