Tender description

PQQ provides scope of works requiring a programme of minor drainage and landscaping works to a SUDS pond and its connecting infrastructure. Clyde GAteway is seeking a civil engineering/landscaping contractor to complete a series of works to a SUDS pond and its connecting infrastructure to enable it to be adopted by Scottish Water. Works include: - Benching of manholes and installation of safety chains; - Clearance and de-silting of manholes/inlets/outlets/outfalls, etc.; - Installation of safety grills; - Clearance and reinstatement of footpaths; - Inspection and adjustment of penstock controls and hydro brakes; and - Landscape planting and improvements including areas of woodland, aquatic and grassland planting.
