OPW Framework for Grade 1 Conservation Architect Services

Tender description

A framework agreement with the Office of Public Works for the services of Grade 1 Conservation Architects for reports and works on protected structures and national monuments for cultural, public, government and other uses. Lot 1: Framework participants will be required to provide Grade 1 Conservation Architect Services, including Empolyer's Representative, PSDP, Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier for Stages (i) to (v) of the COE 1 — Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical) as updated from time to time and available to download from www.constructionprocurement.gov.ie. The stages are described in detail in the Scope of Services document. This lot applies to various locations in Ireland. The number of participants in each lot will be 12, assuming a sufficient number of suitable tenderers apply.
