North Bay Urgent Wall Improvements Phases 2&3 OBC - Professional Services

Tender description

The services are to produce and develop an outline business case for a combined approach to undertaking phase 2 & 3 capital improvements to the Seawalls in Scarborough North Bay (Management units Clarence Gardens & North Bay Cliffs). This will involve collating all up to date information for the site area including taking account of the North East Coastal Monitoring Programme’s data and climate change data based on UKCP18 projections and all available historic data and reports such as the 2012 phase 1 North Bay urgent works PAR. The aim of the works is to sustain the current standard of service provided by the existing coastal defence assets in the North Bay of Scarborough, whilst maximising the longevity of the previous investments.
