Library: Collections Relocation

Tender description

Transfer a series of discreet collections from the Main Library in St Andrews and the Claverhouse Store in Dundee to the Eden Campus Store at Guardbridge. It is anticipated that the moves will begin in January/February 2020, subject to successful completion of building works to current schedules. Depending on the costs of the moves, the university may choose not to relocate some of the collections. Bidders are asked to supply a move cost and an approximate timeframe for each of the collections as detailed in the full tender documents, allowing us to select some or all of the collections to be moved at each stage.
