Stirling Council is seeking to purchase and implement an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that will replace the Council’s core back office systems. It is recognised that the Council does not have the internal resource and expertise to successfully implement a new ERP within the required timescales. There is therefore a requirement for an implementation partner to provide implementation and system configuration support.
