Fabricaation of RO plant

Tender description

Specification sheet for membrane plant: A membrane plant is required to process a high salinity feedwater (~40 g/L). The desired maximum production rate for permeate is 1 tonne per hour. The membrane plant should consist of:  Pressure gauges.  Permeate and retentate flow meters.  Temperature sensor.  Permeate conductivity meter.  A suitable feed pump to allow 80bar normal operation.  A recirculation pump to avoid mass transfer and fouling effects.  A pressure relief system.  A valve arrangement to facilitate use of one 8” membrane module or four 8” modules in parallel.  A feed tank of 1000L.  Ideally the plant will come on two frameworks, with the pumps and equipment on one frame and the membrane housings horizontally mounted vertically on top of one another on a second frame to meet with space constraints. The plant should be configured for manual operation; however, the pumps will be incorporated into an existing control system and will be operated and powered from there.
