Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre Internal Refit Work to RIBA Work Stage 4

Tender description

Following a full review of the hospitality operations at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre a new business plan has been agreed. The hospitality areas are currently being extended and remodelled to provide a multi-purpose hospitality venue. The client has agreed the layout of each of the hospitality spaces which includes 14 hotel rooms, 2 large function/event spaces that can be reconfigured to form smaller spaces, a bar and bistro area which can seat approximately 140 people, a 36 bed bunkbarn for residential groups a large reception area and a range of external space. There will be new customer toilets and improvements to back of house and service areas to support the hospitality operations. The key requirement is to provide market leading, aesthetically attractive, energy efficient, flexible, high performance accommodation the meets the minimum requirements set out in the concept design.
