Tender description

National Procurement and PHS working together developed a proposal for establishing a Scottish NHS Sequencing Service initially to focus on sequencing of all Covid-19 Scottish positives. There is a phased plan to increase the capacity for sequencing from 200 sequences per week to 5000 sequences per week. This requirement covers phase 2 of the implementation of the service and covers automation of the library preparation prior to sequencing. The requirement is being called off of the APUC Liquid Handling Robotics and Laboratory Automation Systems – National Framework Agreement.
