Tender description

1. To set up the boiler room as a full asbestos enclosure. To brush and decontaminate the walls of the boiler room as far as reasonably practicable. To locally encapsulate any 'stubborn' debris that might otherwise need mechanical removal methods. To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing 2. To paint and encapsulate the AIB boarding located within the staff-room roof void and label. To locally vacuum and decontaminate including the area by the loft hatch where asbestos cement packers are located. To prepare for air reassurance testing 3. To provide a UKAS accredited laboratory to carry out 4 stage clearance testing and issue a certificate of reoccupation
