Tender description

A. The tender provision for cleaning services is primarily for Guildford County School, a secondary school in Guildford with a capacity for 1187 pupils and approximately 8 100 m of hard surfaces. B. In addition to Guildford County School, bidders during the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage will be requested to provide optional costs for the four primary schools within the Trust, which are: — Northmead Junior School, — Pirbright Village Primary School, — Stoughton Infant School, — Shalford Infant School. Lot 1: A. The tender provision for cleaning services is primarily for Guildford County School, a secondary school in Guildford with a capacity for 1187 pupils and approximately 8 100 m of hard surfaces. B. In addition to Guildford County School, bidders during the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage will be requested to provide optional costs for the four primary schools within the Trust, which are: — Northmead Junior School – 3 500 m, 360 pupils with the site consisting of 12 classrooms, a dining hall, a sports/assembly hall and various specialist teaching rooms and offices. — Pirbright Village Primary School – 2 400 m, 402 pupils with the site consisting of 15 classrooms, a dining hall and various specialist teaching rooms and offices. — Stoughton Infant School – 2 250 m, 300 pupils with the site consisting of 10 classrooms, a dining hall and various offices and small group teaching spaces. — Shalford Infant School – 950 m, 85 pupil with the site consisting of 4 classrooms, a dining hall and various offices and small group teaching spaces.
