<p>Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a social care provider to join us in the day to day management and support of a 24 hour supported hostel in partnership with our Forensic Outreach Team that includes Forensic Community Psychiatric Nurses, Social Supervisors, Occupational Therapist, Consultant Psychologist and Consultant in Forensic Psychiatry. The&nbsp; Forensic Hostel is a 24-hour supported hostel founded on the principle of &ldquo;An integrated approach to recovery&rdquo;.
