Specialist Design Adviser - new Velindre Cancer Centre

The Velindre University NHS Trust require a Specialist Design Advisor to help them deliver the Competitive Dialogue Process / Final Business Case Development of the proposed new Velindre Cancer Centre, to be built at Whitchurch, Cardiff. The Trust therefore requires a competent Design Adviser with significant experience of sustainable and green design; low-/zero-carbon materials and construction methodologies; implementation of preferably Health Care related facilities; preferable experience of PPP projects and a competitive dialogue process; the ability to understand and navigate proposals in accordance with operational requirements of a hospital facility. The company or individual submitting a tender for this work must not be associated with any of the teams proposing to bid the Velindre scheme. Success in this tender with Velindre at this stage will preclude companies or individuals from future working with bidders on this scheme up to and including Financial Close of the tender process.
