<p>Luton Borough Council is looking to engage qualified organisations in tendering for support in developing an evidence base, via benchmarking, of its comparative performance on SFC across all service lines and identify opportunities for generating additional SFC income. This benchmarking work is considered the first stage in identifying potential new opportunities, and will need to be followed by the approval of opportunities to proceed to implementation.
