The provision of legal advice and services relating to Debt Recovery. This may include but is not limited to rent, loans, charges and mortgages, development levies, bonds/securities, fire charges, commercial rates. and the recovery of Penalty Fines for parking, litter and derelict sites. Litigation including attendance at Court and representation at Public Hearings, Inquiries, Tribunals etc., is also considered within this service
