nVCC Competitive Dialogue - Tier 2 - Specialist Landscape Architect Adviser

Tender description

The Trust requires a competent Landscape Architect / Designer with significant experience of design in a sensitive ecological site; implementation of preferably Health Care related facilities; preferable experience of the planning process; substantial Environmental and Sustainability design experience, encompassing both existing and new innovations, to provide consultancy advice throughout the Competitive Dialogue process. The company or individual submitting a tender for this work must not be associated with any of the teams proposing to bid the Velindre scheme. Success in this tender with Velindre at this stage will preclude companies or individuals from future working with bidders on this scheme up to and including Financial Close of the tender process.
