<p>North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) and West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) (The &ldquo;Unitary&rdquo;) wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services Older Peoples Residential and Nursing Home Services in respect of this requirement.</p> <p>The Tender is for the Provision of Older Persons&rsquo; Care Home Services for each Service User placed within Care Homes under the following age band:</p> <p>&bull; Adults aged 65+ and under the following Service specialisms listed below:</p> <p>&bull; Older People In general terms and for the purposes of this Tender, &lsquo;Older Persons&rsquo; Care Home Services&rsquo; should be taken to mean treating a Service User with dignity, compassion and respect, focusing on their health and well-being. Offering a personalised co-ordinated method of care, support or treatment, and supporting the Service User to recognise and develop their own strengths and abilities to enable them to live a fulfilling life (this definition should not be considered as exhaustive).</p> <p>The Unitary proposes to enter into one Contract for a period of 12 months with the preferred providers.
