Market Engagement Activity - Essex County Council Parking Equipment & Enforcement

The purpose of this PIN is to initiate early market engagement. It is not being used as a call for competition. The PIN is intended as an information gathering exercise and is intended to: - Explore parking equipment options given our current asset stock, site locations etc, taking our requirements into consideration. - Discuss parking contract options available to Essex. - Identify opportunities for innovation and development over the next 10-year period. - Consider parking enforcement options Background: Essex County Council is responsible for parking at eight country parks across the county, comprising 35 payment terminals across all sites. Essex identifies the need to standardise their systems and approach, to future-proof technologies and to better understand the options available. Suppliers are invited to request a market engagement pack and submit their responses to the enclosed market survey questions by 25th June 2021.
