Aberdeenshire Council seeks to appoint a suitably experienced consultant to prepare and write a project Exit Report for the Fraserburgh 2021 CARS/TH Regeneration Scheme. 1.1 Aberdeenshire Council seeks to appoint a suitably experienced consultant to prepare and write a project Exit Report for the Fraserburgh 2021 CARS/TH Regeneration Scheme in accordance with HLF Guidance document HLF Evaluation Good Practice August 2017 Appendix A. 1.2 The Fraserburgh CARS/TH Project Exit Report, requires to be an evidence based report on the outputs and assessment of the project and is a requirement to be produced at the end of the project and is an HLF end of project requirement. 1.3 Suitably experienced consultants are invited to submit a fee bid to cover all aspects of preparing and publishing an Exit Report for the Fraserburgh CARS/TH Regeneration Scheme. The Fraserburgh CARS/TH ends on the 31st of December 2021 and an Exit Report is now due to be produced. The Exit Report is required to provide both quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the whole project, comparing project activities/results against the aspirations and plans presented in project application documentation and other relevant Round 2 documents and project baseline information.
